OSCAR® Chicken broth granules Organic is a mild chicken broth with a good taste of onion. OSCAR® Chicken broth is good in a fricassee or as a base in other light sauces, for example a light base sauce or a white sauce. You can advantageously make a spice mixture with salt and chicken broth and various spices to season, for example, chicken breasts or potatoes before baking or grilling them.

Replacing with 500 g of granules gives up to 72 liters of broth.
4 kg bucket – gives 204 liters of broth

Instructions for use
Approx. 20g granules per liter of water. Lightly salted: 7g per liter of water.
Add to boiling water or directly to the dish during heating.

Storage before and after opening
Dry, not above normal room temperature
