Gudrun’s lunch sausage is as classic as it gets, in the model Swedish thick cooked & smoked sausage (in the same family-sausages as bratwurst, but milder in taste). It is not a sausage that is eaten for today’s breakfast, which we today call lunch. Made in natural skin & packaging of 1200g.

Always bred, cut, smoked in our own facilities in Gävle, Stockholm and Skövde. Gudruns has the entire valuechain under the same roof. 100% family-owned. 100% Swedish.
