Druvan® Ajvar relish is a traditional relish in the Balkan kitchen. The base is roasted peppers and eggplant. Ajvar can be used as a seasoning to a stew, sauces, dressings or just served cold with meat, chicken etc.

Druvan® Hovmästarsås is a classic Hovmästarsås “Headwaiter sauce”, ready to serve. It is cooked according to our traditional recipe and method.

Druvan® Mustard is a tasteful craft. The stone grinders that crush the mustard seeds are set by hand depending on which mustard it should be.
Yellow and brown mustard seeds are crushed to bring out the flavors. They are then mixed with water, sugar, vinegar, salt and various spices. Each mustard has its own recipe and its individual taste.

Druvan® Vinäger (Vinegar). Red & white wine vinegar is based on selected red/white wine which has been carefully refined in the traditional way. Perfect for vinaigrette and pickles.

Druvan® Äppelcidervinäger (Apple Cider Vinegar). Made through fermentation of applewine.

Druvan® Vinäger (Vinaigrette) is based on rapeseed oil – Pestovinaigrette has a delicious, fresh taste of basil and garlic. Pour directly over the pasta or lettuce.

Druvan® Balsamvinäger (Balsamic vinegar) from Italy is mild and very tasty. Made from the classic Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes. Stored on oak barrels.

Druvan® Matlagningsvin (Cooking Wine) is made from real wine with grapes from Spain. Available in both in red and white and are ideal for sauces and pots.

Druvan® Salladsdressing (Salad dressing) is available with white and red vinegar base. Perfect to make a pizza salad.

Druvan® Vinäger (Vinegar). Vinegar and acetic acid are available in different strengths. From vinegar with 10% acid content to acetic acid with 60% acid content.

Druvan® Vegetables. Druvan® Surkål (Sauerkraut) is shredded, pasteurized and inlaid in white wine and can be eaten warm as cold.

Druvan® Feferoni is mild and perfect as an accessory to the salad buffet or kebab.
