QimiQ is a Salzburg-based family business headquartered in Hof near Salzburg on the beautiful Lake Fuschl. The word QimiQ is a made-up word and means something like “Quick Milk”.
QimiQ is a natural product and consists of 99% local cream and 1% gelatin (beef).
The seneoPro® texturizers are part of the smoothfood concept (www.smoothfood.de). A new type of nutrition for people with chewing and swallowing difficulties who cannot eat normal food. The various texturizers enable the implementation of so-called diets, which include airy or stable foams, gels or thickened liquids.
