One of the latest innovation production within our “svinnovation”, food waste, is the parts of the rutabaga, carrot and cabbage that is left in the production lead and often before used in for example biogas production. Through the innovation, we have succeeded in re-used it and reducing the waste in productions at the same time as you in the kitchens get a product to use both as a seasoning and as an alternative to increase the proportion of vegetables in the food.
