Swedish Red Kidney Beans KRAV 5kg

Preparation: Stove: Soak the beans for 2 hours in hot water, rinse with plenty of water for 5 min. Pour in 1 part beans in 2 parts boiling water and cook for 60 min with a lid on low heat. Leave to rest for 15 minutes with the lid on. Oven with Steam: Soak the beans for 60 min in hot water with a lid, rinse with plenty of water for 5 min. Pour 1 part beans with 2 parts cold water in canteen. Cook for 120 min in a convection oven with steam, 98 °C. Leave to rest for 15 min.
